 Ayurvedic massage
In this ayurvedic massage specially selected Indian essential oils are used. The main technique used in this massage is stroking, rubbing and stimulation through pressure. The techniques of the massage are selected in such a way to allow for effective experiencing of the blessed state of relaxation and energy flow.  Sanshui- Thai massage with herbal stamps
The massage is performed with the use specially prepared linen stamps (pouches), inside which pieces of herbs, seeds and exotic plants are. The main components of the pouches are: Ginger, Cinnamomum camphora, lemon grass, kaffir lime, eucalyptus leaves, curcuma. The pouches are heated over steam and then used to massage certain points on the body. The heat strengthens the sensations, due to the fact it warms up all the stamped body parts. With their cooling down, the time of stamping lengthens and the intensity of massaging increases. This causes active substances contend in the plants to release and be absorbed by the warmed up skin. Essential oils fill the air with their scent giving a pleasant sensation. The stamp massage positively influences joints and muscles, loosens them up and improves their agility. Has analgesic properties. Improves the circulation of blood and lymph thanks to which metabolism is stimulated and toxins are removed from the body. Traditional Thai Massage
Performed on the base of oils and through clothing. During Thai massage pressure is put mainly on specific points of the body – starting from the feet, and then other parts of the body, moving in the direction of the head. Thai massage is performed not only using hands but also thumbs, wrists, forearms and even elbows, knees and feet. Restores harmony to the body – unblocks the energy flow, positively influences the blood and lymph circulation, strengthens the immunity system of the body and also relaxes muscles and improves movement agility. Hot Stone Massage
A relaxing treatment of massaging with stones, it combines elements of acupuncture, drainage, aromatherapy and thermotherapy. The massage is based on the theory of energy flow though the body. It creates a map on which an experienced masseur operates; the masseur can improve the energy flow inside a tired and ill body, remove negative energy and strengthen the body overall. The massage is performed with warmed up basalt stones which are used to make calm and harmonious movements. They are extracted from the bottoms of the oceans, where they have been polished by sand and waves. Their surface is perfectly smooth and the energies from the deep seas contained in them are highly beneficial to our bodies. Volcanic stones are perfect to use with therapy due to the fact that when warmed up they hold heat for long. The massage is performed on a naked, but covered with towels, body. The masseur places the stones on the body: the back, front, forehead and hands - on selected energetic points which are gently pressed by the stones. After that we continue with a massage using warmed up oils, starting from the feet, through the body, to the arms, from the front to the back. The masseur, with fluent motions, moves the hot stones on the oiled body. This type of massage is recommended for people who are stressed out and tired by work, and for those who are not very physically active. It can also be helpful after too much training when the muscles are tensed and aching.

A ceremonial massage with a candle
A classic full body massage performed with the use of a special candle which wax is turned into a warm and sensual massage oil. An oriental feet massage - Reflexotherapy
A traditional Thai feet massage based on the principles of reflexology – a technique of deep stimulation of the body. Through the connections of energetic feet canals with other organs of the body, it influences them, restoring energy flow. This is why this type of feet massage contributes to strengthening and better functioning of the feet. Additionally transport of metabolism products becomes activated and the newly multiplied nourishing substances will be smuggled in the cells.
